 Option 1 is for a single person or a married couple who have been married 2 years or more.

            Option 2 is for more than 1 borrower ex brothers, sisters, etc or a married couple who have been married 2 years or less.

Option 3 is for three individuals on a single loan. 

The Patriot name search fee is non refundable but will be credited against your closing cost.

Do not pay for an appraisal until instructed to do so, we do not have any  input into the value given on any property anywhere.

 The Appraisal fee is refundable if requested prior to the Appraisal actually being done. If the Appraisal is done and for any reason your loan is turned down you may be charged a trip fee by the appraiser. Appraisal services are not performed by any associate or affiliate of 1st Continental.
